- Ada (rice cake) – 1 packet (200 gm)
- Jaggery – 500 grams
- Thick coconut milk – 2 cups
- Thin coconut milk – 3 cups
- Cardamom powder – 1 tbsp
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Cashews – 1/4 cup (chopped)
- Raisins – 1/4 cup
- Water – 1 cup
Instructions:
1. Cook the ada:

Now prepare the coconut milk:
Grate 1 coconut, add 1 cup of water, and squeeze the grated coconut without water to get thick coconut milk.
Repeat the process of extracting thin coconut milk with 3 cups of clean water.
Combine the jaggery, jaggery syrup, and coconut milk:
Take a large ever silver vessel and add jaggery to it.
Add cooked ada to it and mix well.
Add thin coconut milk and boil well on medium flame.
Once it starts boiling, lower the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Then add 10 grams of thick coconut milk and cardamom powder to the bowl and mix well.
Simmer for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Prepare the Tatka:
Now take a small pan and heat 2 tbsp ghee.
Add 1/4 cup chopped cleaned cashews and fry on medium heat until golden brown.
Add 1/4 cup of black raisins and saute for another minute.
Now add the data to the ada prathaman and mix well.
Exchange:
Ada pradhaman is ready to serve hot or cold.
